Sany Hydrogen Energy Held the Launch Event of Its All-New "3+1" Series Products with the Theme "Embark on a New Intelligent Chapter".This launch event marks a solid step forward for Sany Hydrogen Energy in the hydrogen energy equipment sector, focusing on showcasing technologicalinnovations and strategic layouts. Yuan Dan, Chairman of Sany Hydrogen Energy, stated at the event that downstream application scenarios for green hydrogen are currently undergoing drastic changes in sync with the needs of customers. Safety, reliability, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and convenient operation and maintenance have become the core criteria for measuring the performance of large-scale hydrogen production systems.

Following a R&D path from core material (electrode, diaphragm) testing to short-stack testing and then to whole-tank integration, Sany Hydrogen Energy has successfully developed the all-new E-series round electrolyzer based on advanced modular design concepts.
1.Low Energy Consumption: DC energy consumption is less than 4.3 at 4000 A/m² current density and less than 3.85 at 30% load, effectively reducing operating costs.
2.High Purity: Both hydrogen and oxygen purity meet standards at 30% load.
3.Lightweight Design: The tank length of Sany Hydrogen Energy's new E-series electrolyzer is less than 4.2 meters, a 42% reduction compared to the previous generation; its weight is under 40 tons, a 30% decrease from the previous model. Meanwhile, hydrogen production per unit floor area has increased by 40%, and the uniformity of the flow field has been significantly improved.
4.Stability: Sany Hydrogen Energy has conducted over 5,000 hours of electrode stability testing and more than 3,000 start-stop tests. Additionally, durability tests on air tightness and surface resistance, as well as long-term electrolysis tests, have been performed on diaphragms from different manufacturers.
5.Reliability: Optimized designs for the flow field, temperature field, internal sealing, and external sealing result in a temperature difference of less than 15°C between small chambers and less than 8°C between the maximum temperature and operating temperature. This effectively enhances reaction temperature and further reduces power consumption.
6.Consistency: Through upgraded manufacturing processes and digital monitoring, the tank length deviation is less than 3mm, and the tank rotation deviation is less than 1mm, significantly reducing the risk of tank leakage.
7.Sealing Upgrade: Adopting an all-new internal and external sealing design, combined with high-precision assembly and online quantitative tightening technology, the tank is engineered to achieve "never-leakage" performance.
