    Job Responsibilities

    1. Formulate the company's technical strategy and medium-to-long-term R&D plans in the hydrogen production field, focusing on core routes such as alkaline water electrolysis and PEM/AEM electrolytic hydrogen production. Define technical research directions and product iteration paths to support the implementation of corporate strategies.

    2. Lead key technology research and development of critical components, including formula optimization and process improvement of core components such as electrolyzers, membrane electrodes, and catalysts. Solve key industry technical challenges such as improving hydrogen production efficiency and reducing energy consumption.

    3. Establish and improve the hydrogen production R&D management system and process specifications, promote full-cycle management and control of R&D projects (project initiation, trial production, testing, acceptance), and ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery and industrialization.

    4. Track domestic and international technical trends, policy dynamics, and competitor movements in the hydrogen production industry. Introduce new technologies and tools, drive technological innovation and patent layout, and establish technical barriers for the enterprise.

    5. Coordinate R&D team building and talent echelon development, covering professionals in electrochemistry, materials, chemical engineering, etc. Formulate team incentive mechanisms to enhance the overall R&D capability of the team.

    6. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration between R&D, production, marketing, and procurement, provide technical support to ensure the realization of large-scale production. Promote industry-academia-research cooperation and upstream-downstream technical synergy to expand application scenarios.

    7. Be responsible for the safety management of hazardous chemicals (such as superacids) and experimental equipment during R&D, establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliant and safe R&D work.

    Job Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrochemistry, energy and power engineering, chemical materials, polymer materials, or related fields; master's/doctoral degrees or senior professional titles are preferred.

    2. More than 10 years of R&D experience in the hydrogen production field, including over 3 years of management experience in equivalent positions, with practical experience in core technical routes such as alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production and PEM/AEM hydrogen production.

    3. Having led R&D, assembly, or process optimization projects for electrolyzers with a capacity of 1,000 Nm³ or above, and possessing complete experience in R&D and commercialization of core components (membrane electrodes, electrolyzers).

    4. Proficiency in technical standards, testing methods, and R&D processes in the hydrogen production industry; familiarity with simulation tools such as CAD/COMSOL; and capability in interdisciplinary technology integration (e.g., hydrogen energy storage, renewable energy coupling).

    5. Familiarity with national new energy industry policies and relevant laws/regulations, with experience in patent layout, intellectual property protection, and promoting industry-academia-research cooperation.

    6. Excellent team management, technical decision-making, and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; strong strategic thinking, innovation awareness, and pressure resistance.

    7. A strict sense of safety management; experience in hazardous chemical operations and R&D safety control is preferred.

    Job Requirements

    2. More than 10 years of financial work experience, including over 5 years of experience as a financial leader or in an equivalent management position in large enterprises; experience in listed companies, group enterprises, or investment & financing-related work is preferred.

    3. Proficiency in full-module financial management, with practical experience in complete financial system construction, investment & financing operations, and tax planning; familiarity with capital market rules and financial regulatory policies.

    4. Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities, able to accurately control financial risks and provide professional financial support for major corporate decisions.

    5. Excellent team management and cross-departmental communication & coordination skills, with strong pressure resistance and overall awareness, capable of leading the implementation of complex financial projects.

    6. Proficiency in financial ERP systems and office software, with experience in landing financial digital transformation, and skilled in the application of financial data analysis tools.
