Organizational Structure

The Board of Directors is the decision-making body of the research institute, under which the China University of Geosciences Advanced Materials Research Institute is established. The research institute is managed by the Dean, who oversees three departments: the Administration Department, the R&D Department, and the Logistics Department. The Administration Department is further divided into the Human Resources Department and the Finance Department, while the R&D Department includes the Materials Division, the Chemistry Division, and the Photocatalysis Division. All departments have distinct levels and clear responsibilities, thus forming the organizational system of the institute.
